RFID Transponder – ProChip Table-top Decoder
Attached to the detection loop, it decodes the transponder signal into the athlete’s ID at the exact time at which the runner crosses the time line. The decoder is available in three industry standards and needs to be attached to an external power source. Decoders can be used in a remote location and feature an integrated battery, GPS and GPRS modem.
