RFID Transponder – SeatPost Tag

The MyLaps SeatPost Tag is designed to minimise logistics, improve aerodynamics and is extremely user-friendly for participants. Instead of timing with mats, the SeatPost Tag is detected by SideAntennas, which makes the road free form obstacles for timing. It is a big improvement to the safety of cyclists and compatible with the world’s standard in timing systems, the BibTag System.

Attached to the start number on a athletes chest, on the ankle or on the bike frame, the tag sends a unique UHF signal to:

Identify the athlete
Record the exact time at which the athlete passes the detection mats.
